Shipping

Orders placed by [CUTOFF TIME] on a business day ship the same day from [CITY, STATE]. Orders placed later, or on weekends and US holidays, ship the next business day. Every order ships with tracking, which we email to the address used at checkout.

• Standard: USPS Ground Advantage, 2 to 5 business days, $6.95. Free on orders over $75.
• Faster: USPS Priority Mail, 1 to 3 business days, $12.95.
• Orders over $500 ship by UPS, insured for full value, with an adult signature required on delivery.

We ship to addresses in the United States. International shipping: [your policy].

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or a parcel arrives damaged, email hello@afgsaffron.com with your order number and we will replace the order or refund it. Please keep damaged packaging for the carrier claim.

Returns and refunds

Unopened tins in their original seal can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email us first so we can send a return label; return shipping is deducted from the refund unless the return is our mistake. Opened saffron cannot be returned for food-safety reasons.

If a tin arrives short of the net weight printed on its label, tell us within 30 days. We replace it and pay the return shipping, no questions asked.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of our receiving the return.

Wholesale orders

Bulk packs (100 g and up) and case packs are final sale once opened. Defects in sealed packs are replaced. Net 30 accounts are governed by the terms in their account agreement.
