These terms apply to every purchase from [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], doing business as AfgSaffron (“we”, “us”), through afgsaffron.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products
We sell saffron (Crocus sativus) threads grown in Afghanistan. Every lot is tested to ISO 3632 by an independent laboratory and the results for your lot are published on this site. The grams stated on a label are the net weight of saffron only. Saffron is a culinary spice; we make no medical or health claims and nothing on this site is medical advice.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable sales tax, both shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time; the price at the moment you order is the price you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Wholesale buyers approved for Net 30 terms agree to pay each invoice within 30 days of the invoice date. Overdue balances may suspend terms and pause shipments.
Orders
An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if a pricing error occurred on the site.

Resale and tax exemption
Buyers claiming sales-tax exemption must provide a valid resale or exemption certificate before tax is removed from their orders and are responsible for its accuracy.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
